Morgan Rigsbee

As a founding member of the team, Morgan helped launch Rigsbee Engineering in 2016. As CEO, she oversees daily operations, business strategy, project management, and marketing efforts.

 

With a rich background in building and advising businesses across various industries, Morgan is a cross-functional leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and business development. Over her career, she has worked with a range of small businesses, as well as Fortune 50 brands including AT&T, Pfizer, CVS, Chase, Citibank, and P&G.

 

Morgan holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from University of San Diego. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with Ryan and their two kids at the beach, a good glass of vino, and watching the Chargers.
